Ingredients 2 parts Redemption Rye Whiskey ¾ parts Sweet Vermouth 3 dashes Angostura bitters Absinthe rinsed glass Directions Rinse Nick and Nora glass with absinthe (you can buy those glasses here) Pour excess absinthe into stirring glass Stir all ingredients with ice Strain neat into Nick and Nora glass Garnish with expressed lemon peel .
