The City Council typically meets the second and fourth Tuesdays of the month, and typically holds work sessions on the first Tuesday of the month. The City Council conducts no meetings or work sessions in August.

Public hearing on the Real Estate Tax of $1.035 per $100 of assessed value based upon an assessment ratio of 100% of fair market value, and a personal property and machinery and tools tax rate of $4.13 per $100 of assessed value based upon an assessment ratio of 100% trade-in value. (No Council action, tax rate set on May 7, 2024.)
